"I came to RIM & TIRE NC looking for a used rim to mount a spare tire on for my van. My call was taken by Mr. Nahuel Rodrigo, and from the moment he answered the phone. He was so very kind polite and helpful. He put me on hold and went and looked for a 16 inch rim for my van and found one -a very nice one. I might add- and called me in and had my tire put on that rim and I was out the door from the first call to completed and on my way in 15 minutes. It was a very well put together shop no nonsense. Everyone’s in a very good spirit I would highly recommend going to this shop first before you shop around. I am very satisfied. thank you, Mr. Rodrigo."
